Sunday 19th May, Time: 10am – 5pm
Karen is a trained Mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher. Karen’s background in education helps to ensure that her approach is both gentle and powerful. Her intention is that her participants leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and a toolbox of insights that they can apply in their daily lives.
Participants will be led through guided mindfulness meditations, gentle mindful movement and mindful walking. These formal practices along with informal practices, periods of silence as well as lively chats amongst the group help to provide opportunities for self-discovery and growth, opportunities to rest and restore and opportunities for still spaces to be found.
